Cash on Delivery

Customers choosing Cash on Delivery must provide accurate contact information and be available to receive the order. If the courier cannot reach the customer or the order is refused without a valid reason, future Cash on Delivery orders may be limited or cancelled.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, no response, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the order, Diwan may cancel the order or charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
